ORDER CANCELLATION
For ready stock orders, cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
For private label or custom production orders, cancellations are not permitted once production has commenced.
REFUND POLICY
As a wholesale business, all sales are considered final.
Refunds are only issued in the case of confirmed manufacturing defects.
Claims must be submitted within 3 days of delivery and must include:

Clear photographic evidence

Order reference number
-
Description of the issue
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.
